HVGC Upcoming Course Availabilty Notice
Please be advised of the following days the golf course will be closed for events. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and hope this notice comes in enough advance notice to allow everyone the opportunity to make alternate plans, if needed.
As a friendly reminder, HVGC Golf Members have access to Hillcrest G&CC up to 3 times yearly for $40 per player. If you would like to take advantage of this opportuninty, please email Ryne (rburnett@hvlpoa.net) directly!
Saturday, May 30th – Mulligans and Margaritas Ladies Open. Golf Course will open at 2:00pm, no play available in the morning.
Friday, June 5th – Elder Alumni Outing. Golf Course closed all day, no Couples Golf
Monday, June 8th – Lawrenceburg Kiwanis Outing. Golf Course closed all day, leagues will play after the outing
White Squirrel Men’s Member Guest:
Thursday, June 11th – Practice Rounds available for participants. Course open as normal with limited availability expected in the afternoon, tee times strongly recommended.
Friday, June 12th – Day 1 of event, golf course and clubhouse closed all day.
Saturday, June 13th – Day 2 of event, golf course closed until approximately 4:30pm or after.
