We recently aerified and overseeded the greens on holes 10 and 11 before the warm weather began and have now installed growth blankets to help increase soil temperatures by 10–15°F during cold conditions.
That temperature lift is critical for germination and early turf establishment. The blankets will be rotated to ensure full surface coverage over time.
In the meantime, these greens are completely closed while the blankets are applied with temporary greens set up in front of the green.
We are excited for this step towards stronger, healthier greens and course conditions this season!
